At Irantrainticket.com , the following cancellation and refund conditions apply based on the timing of your refund request. Please review the terms carefully:
Cancellation Terms:
1. Cancellation more than 48 hours before departure (until 12:00, two days before the train departure):
If you request a refund by 12:00 two days before the scheduled departure, 80% of the ticket price will be refunded.
2. Cancellation between 48 hours and 6 hours before departure (after 12:00, two days before the train departure and up to 6 hours before departure):
If you request a refund after 12:00 two days prior and up to 6 hours before the train departs, 60% of the ticket price will be refunded.
3. Cancellation within 6 hours before departure (from 6 hours before the train departure until the train departs):
If you cancel your ticket within the last 6 hours before the train departs but before it leaves the station, 50% of the ticket price will be refunded.
4. Cancellation after the train has departed:
After the train has departed, no refunds will be issued, and the ticket will be considered non-refundable.
Important Notes:
Manual Processing:
All cancellations are processed manually. If your request is submitted outside our working hours, it will be processed on the next working day.
Processing Fee:
A fixed processing fee of €10 will be applied to all cancellation requests, in addition to the above deductions.
Ticket Cancellation Department Working Hours (Tehran Local Time):
Saturday to Wednesday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Friday and public holidays: Closed
Please note, the time zone difference between Tehran and GMT is +3:30 hours.
